Ingredients
Here's what you'll need to make this raspberry chocolate trifle recipe. The exact measurements are in the printable recipe card below.
Dark chocolate is known for its antioxidant properties and its ability to lower blood pressure and protect against cardiovascular disease. See WebMD Dark Chocolate Health Benefits for more information.
Zero-sugar Greek yogurt is high in protein, calcium, potassium, and vitamin B12. Great for those following a keto diet. Use low-fat yogurt if watching your calories.
Raspberries are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties which help fight against cancer, heart, and circulatory diseases. See WebMD for more details.
Low-sugar granola made with agave or honey, whole oats, and nuts. Granola is a great digestive aid and has healthy fats from nuts as well as omega-3s. Make it a more friendly keto dessert with keto granola.
Whipped cream is an indulgence but a little goes a long way. To keep the fat and calories down, use sugar-free, light, or fat-free whipped cream. Use a full-fat whipped cream, even Reddi Whip, for a keto or Adkins diet.
Grand Marnier is an optional ingredient. It's an orange-flavored liqueur that offers a sweet citrus touch to balance the tartness of the raspberries. You can substitute it with Chambord which is a raspberry liqueur.
