Cover the bottom of cookie sheet with graham crackers.
Place cookie sheet in oven for 5 minutes. Remove and immediately sprinkle s’mores morsels + additional chocolate chips over the top.
Immediately sprinkle with colored sprinkles if you like.
Well mine doesn't hang around very long but it should keep at room temp (in a cool place) for 1-2 weeks and in the refrigerator, tightly sealed, about 2-3 months.
Yes you can actually freeze this bark. Just break it apart then place in airtight container in freezer. Bring to room temperature prior to serving.
Once the bark has cooled sufficiently just use your hands to break into pieces. I like to put mine in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more then break apart as it keeps the chocolate more intact. You can also break it apart by covering with foil then hitting it with the back of a wooden spoon.
