Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 5 oz container vanilla Greek yogurt or Silk vanilla non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop Barleans Greens Chocolate Silk powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Omega Swirl Essential Woman Chocolate Mint oil

Optional toppings

  • Whipped cream or coconut cream
  • Chocolate covered strawberry

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients together except toppings. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top with preferred toppings.
