Ingredients

coconut-flavored Greek yogurt
½
frozen banana
sliced
¼
cup
pineapple juice
1
lime
zested & juiced (or about 1-½ Tablespoons lime juice)

scoop
vanilla protein powder
(optional)

Tablespoon
almond butter
(optional)

Tablespoon
chia seeds
(optional)

ice
Garnish: toasted coconut, lime slice,
pineapple, banana
Instructions
Place all ingredients up to ice in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend again. Keep adding ice until you reach the thickness desired.
Pour into mason jar, tall glass, or bowl and garnish as desired.
Notes
Change it up by substituting pineapple-flavored yogurt for the coconut-flavored yogurt and using coconut milk instead of pineapple juice.
