Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon schnapps
  • 4 oz Chilled champagne or enough to fill glass
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Garnishes: cinnamon sugar, caramel syrup, cinnamon stick, apple slices

Directions

  1. Place cinnamon sugar on a small flat plate.
  2. Wet rim of glass with apple cider then dip into cinnamon sugar.
  3. Add apple cider to glass.
  4. Stir in cinnamon schnapps.
  5. Add enough champagne to almost fill glass.
  6. Top with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice. Add a drizzle of caramel if you're feeling decadent.
