PINEAPPLE SALSA

Our fresh pineapple salsa with cilantro, bell peppers, garlic & a hint of heat is perfect for topping any grilled chicken, seafood or fish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple, diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup sweet red or yellow pepper, diced (about 1/2 of a large pepper)
  • 1/2 cup yellow or red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 limes, juiced (about 4 Tablespoons)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix all above ingredients together and chill.
