This Malibu Pineapple Sgroppino is a take on the classic Italian cocktail. A cool, refreshing combination of coconut rum, prosecco and pineapple sorbet. The perfect cocktail for summer and backyard BBQs.

pineapple sorbet

prosecco
or sparkling coconut water

oz
coconut rum
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Carefully open top as the prosecco or sparkling water will make it a little extra fizzy.
Pour into 2 tall glasses, garnishing with pineapple and a straw.
