Whisk 2 eggs in a large mug, season with salt & pepper.
Pop into the microwave and bake for about 40 seconds. (timing depends on wattage of your oven)
Add sausage and cheese, more or less to your liking. This would also be the time to add any other add-ins you would want. Stir well.
Return to microwave and bake an addition 30-40 seconds or until eggs are done to your satisfaction.
