Crispy Air Fryer Quesadillas are filled with ground beef, beans and cheese and take less than 15 minutes to make! Perfect for lunch, dinner or an appetizer.
Spray one side of each flour tortilla with vegetable oil or avocado oil.
Turn tortillas over and spread refried beans over each one, leaving about ½" border on the edges.
Sprinkle cheese over refried beans.
Place ground beef on top of cheese.
Fold tortillas in half and secure with a toothpick or cocktail pic. If you don't have either make sure to open the air fryer two minutes into cooking and press down on the top of the tortilla.
Place both tortillas in air fryer basket. If your air fryer is too small, do one tortilla at a time.
Air fry at 390 degrees for 8 minutes, turning after the first 4 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and serve with your favorite Mexican sides - guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
