HOW TO STORE/FREEZE BREAKFAST QUICHETo store: Let the baked quiche cool then wrap tightly with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. It will keep for 3-4 days.To freeze: Cover with aluminum foil or, if using the pie plate that the frozen crust came in, slip into a resealable freezer-safe gallon bag and freeze. It will keep for 3 months.To reheat: If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then just pop it in a 325-degree oven, covered with foil, for about 15 minutes or until warm.
