Ingredients

Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
3
ounces
Kahlua coffee liqueur
3
ounces
Vodka

Garnish: dark chocolate syrup, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles,
Instructions
Blended
Combine all but dark chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Prepare two glasses by drizzling dark chocolate syrup around the inside of the glasses.
Divide the frozen mixture between glasses.
Top the drinks with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles if desired.
On The Rocks
Combine all liquid ingredients but chocolate syrup in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously.
Drizzle the inside of 2 glasses with chocolate syrup.
Add ice cubes to the glasses, then pour the shaken drink into the glasses.
Notes
RECIPE TIPS
Use a good-quality blender.
This will keep the drink from being lumpy because the ice is not completely blended.
Chill the liquor.
This is a good thing to do to prevent the drink from being watered down.
Use a cocktail jigger or mini measuring cup.
A jigger has 2 sides, typically the large end is 1.5 ounces and the small end is .75 ounces.
If you are lactose-intolerant
, substitute the heavy cream with non-dairy cream. Unsweetened coconut cream is a great choice.
