With the zing of espresso and velvety richness of coffee liqueur, this espresso martini is a strong, sweet, and delicious drink. Anyone can make one with this easy recipe.
2ozEspressocooled (cold brew espresso or strong coffee can also be used)
½ozsimple syrup
1egg whiteif not using freshly made espresso
Garnish: 3 coffee beans for each cocktail
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Kahlua, chilled espresso, simple syrup, and egg white. (add egg white only if not using fresh espresso)
Shake without ice first for about 30 seconds to create a more frothy drink then add ice and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain immediately into two martini glasses.
Serve fresh with a garnish of 3 coffee beans.
