While air fryer is preheating, divide pizza dough into 2 or 3 sections depending on how thick you like your crusts.
Sprinkle a cutting board with cornmeal then roll the dough into a circle or rectangle that will fit your air fryer basket. Take a fork and pierce dough all over.
When air fryer has preheated sufficiently, spray with oil spray then carefully place one piece of rolled out dough into the basket.
Air fry for 5-6 minutes.
Remove basket from air fryer and place on a hot mat. Spoon some marinara sauce on the crust, followed by pepperoni. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese.
Place back in air fryer and air fry another 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
Carefully remove from basket with large spatula and place on a wooden cutting board. Slice with a pizza cutter and dig in.
Repeat with other crust.
