This healthy peach ice cream delivers on taste and it's good for you too. Peaches, yogurt, avocado & almond butter deliver a creamy taste without the guilt.
Cut the peaches and freeze them for about 4 hours or overnight. You can also use frozen peaches.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Best if served immediately. However, if you want your ice cream a little thicker, place it in the freezer for about 45 minutes, stir, and either serve then or place it back in the freezer for another 30-60 minutes, stirring once.
Notes
If using store-bought frozen peaches, use 1 cup which is about 10 to 12 slices.
