Garnish: fresh berries, sprigs of mint
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender except garnishes. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with fresh matching fruit and a sprig of mint.
Notes
TO MAKE AHEAD OF TIMEPrepare the slushie and pour it into a large freezer bag. Press the air out and seal the bag. Freeze it for up to 2 months. Do the same for slushie leftovers.When ready to serve, thaw it at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Use an ice cream scoop to place the frozen wine slushie into glasses.
