5.3ozkey lime yogurt(see notes on how to make your own from vanilla yogurt)
1banana,frozen
¼cupcoconut milkor your favorite go-to milk
2-3teaspoonskey lime juice, depending on tartness desired
4ice cubes
2-3teaspoonschia powder(optional)
1scoopvanilla protein powder(optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into blender and combine well.
Pour into glass or mason jar and garnish with slice of lime.

Homemade lime yogurtIf you can't find Key Lime Yogurt make some of your own. Using a 6-oz container of vanilla nonfat yogurt, add 1-½ teaspoon key lime juice, ½ teaspoon lime zest and, if too tart for you, add in ½ package Stevia. Stir and voila - Key Lime Yogurt!VariationsKey Lime Pie Shake - A light dessert a la nice cream. Replace the yogurt with key lime frozen yogurt and the ice cubes with key lime ice cream.Blueberry Lime Smoothie – Replace the yogurt with frozen blueberries or change it to a blueberry yogurt and add a little agave or maple syrup to sweeten.
