5.3ozkey lime yogurt(see notes on how to make your own from vanilla yogurt)
¼cupcoconut milkor your favorite go-to milk
2-3teaspoonskey lime juice, depending on tartness desired
1scoopvanilla protein powder(optional)
Add all ingredients into blender and combine well.
Pour into glass or mason jar and garnish with slice of lime.
Homemade lime yogurtIf you can't find Key Lime Yogurt make some of your own. Using a 6-oz container of vanilla nonfat yogurt, add 1-½ teaspoon key lime juice, ½ teaspoon lime zest and, if too tart for you, add in ½ package Stevia. Stir and voila - Key Lime Yogurt!VariationsKey Lime Pie Shake - A light dessert a la nice cream.
