Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-5 minutes, until soft.
In a medium bowl, combine thawed creamed spinach, cheeses and onion garlic mixture.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbling hot.
Serve dip with tortilla chips, carrots, celery, sliced red peppers and bread crisps.
