Making Bread in Air Fryer
Making bread in the air fryer couldn't be easier! It takes just 5 basic ingredients, a little prep time, and 10 minutes in the air fryer. Delicious bread complete with crispy crust and a warm, fluffy middle. Perfect for sandwiches and toast.
All-Purpose Flour Olive Oil Sugar Salt Yeast Water
Place flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Heat water & oil. Pour into dry ingredients.
Knead the dough for 3 minutes then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough in half and place in prepared baking pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
Dough will double in size then it's ready to bake.
Brush dough with butter and place one pan in air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes then turn out onto wire rack.
Serve warm with a smear of butter or jam or save it for some of the best sandwiches you've ever had!
