Rolled Oats Banana Egg Coconut/Blueberries/Nuts Vanilla Extract Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

Step 1 Place dry ingredients - oats, blueberries, nuts, and coconut in a bowl. Mix well.

DIRECTIONS

Step 2 Mix wet ingredients - egg, banana, oil, extract & agave. Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt.

Step 3 Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

Step 4 Stir until all ingredients are moistened.

Step 5 Scoop the cookies onto a cookie sheet and flatten slightly.

Step 6 Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
