Strawberry Lemonade Bars


Sink your teeth into the perfect spring dessert! Strawberry lemonade bars are baked on a crunchy sweet shortbread crust and topped with the most deliciously light, creamy filling made with fresh tart lemons and sweet strawberries.

Flour Butter Sugar


For shortbread crust:

Steps 1 & 2 Place ingredients for shortbread in a bowl. Mix well.


Steps 3 & 4 Pat shortbread into baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.

Lemon Juice & Zest Strawberries Sugar Eggs Flour, Baking Powder, Salt


For strawberry lemonade filling

Steps 1 & 2 Add lemon zest to lemon juice and strawberries in blender. Mix. Add sugar & eggs.

Steps 3 & 4 Add flour to filling mixture. Blend well. Stir in chopped strawberries.

Step 5 Pour filling into baked shortbread crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Step 6 Chill for 2 hours. Cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
