For shortbread crust:
Steps 1 & 2
Place ingredients for shortbread in a bowl. Mix well.
DIRECTIONS

Pat shortbread into baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
Lemon Juice & Zest Strawberries Sugar Eggs Flour, Baking Powder, Salt
INGREDIENTS
For strawberry lemonade filling
Steps 1 & 2
Add lemon zest to lemon juice and strawberries in blender. Mix. Add sugar & eggs.
Steps 3 & 4
Add flour to filling mixture. Blend well. Stir in chopped strawberries.
Step 5
Pour filling into baked shortbread crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Chill for 2 hours. Cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
