Caramel Apple Cupcakes


These caramel apple cupcakes bring aromas of cinnamon, apples, and sweet caramel that will make your mouth water. Top them with rich caramel frosting and they’ll taste like a fall favorite - caramel apples!

Apple Cupcakes

Step 1 Combine flour, spices and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 2 Cream butter, oil and sugars until fluffy.

Step 3 Add in vanilla extract, sour cream, eggs and milk.

Step 4 Mix in dry ingredients.

To Assemble

Step 5 Fold in apple chunks.

Step 6 Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.

Step 7 Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.

Butter Cinnamon Caramel Sauce Powdered Sugar


Caramel Frosting

Step 1 Cream butter and add powdered sugar.

Step 2 Add caramel sauce and beat until smooth.

Step 3 Frost cupcakes. Garnish with apple slice and drizzle of caramel sauce.
