3-4 lb corned beef brisket 2 garlic cloves 3-4 sprigs thyme 2 cups beef broth 12-oz dark beer 1 onion 4 potatoes 4 carrots

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1 Place corned beef in bottom of Instant Pot.

HOW TO MAKE

STEP 2 Sprinkle spice packet on top then add minced garlic and thyme sprigs.

STEP 3 Pour beef broth over corned beef.

STEP 4 Pour dark beer into Instant Pot.

STEP 5 Cover and seal and cook on high pressure.

STEP 6 When the corned beef is done, let the pressure release naturally then finish with a quick release. Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot.

STEP 7 Add potatoes, onions, and carrots. Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes. Do a quick release of pressure.
