Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

VARIATIONS
Lemon Fruit Smoothie
- Make it an apple, cherry, mango, peach, pineapple, or watermelon lemon smoothie by adding ½ cup of fresh or frozen fruit.
Lemon Ginger Smoothie
- Add a 1-inch chunk of fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder.
Lemon Green Smoothie
- Add a handful of kale or spinach.
