Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk I use almond milk
  • 6 oz lemon-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, peeled & seeded
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons  flax or chia seeds (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes, if you like it a little thicker

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
