1garlic clove,minced
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspooncoarse kosher salt

1poundgnocchi, shelf-stable, frozen, or refrigerated. If frozen do not thaw it out.
1Tablespoonparsleyfresh or dried (garnish is optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine parmesan cheese, avocado oil, minced garlic clove, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Add the gnocchi and toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the seasoned gnocchi into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking every 3 minutes. Add 2-4 minutes if not completely cooked through. Frozen gnocchi will take slightly longer.
Serve in a bowl topped with parsley and extra parmesan.
Notes
HOW TO STORE/FREEZEStoring: Place the air fried gnocchi in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freezing: Place air fried gnocchi in a freezer-safe container or plastic freezer bag for up to 3 months. When you're ready to eat, thaw it in the fridge overnight.
