Coffee Banana Smoothie
This Coffee Smoothie is a great way to start your day! Calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins, and plenty of fiber are just what you need to give your morning an energy boost.

Ingredients

ounces
strong coffee
chilled
¼
cup
milk

Tablespoon
dark cocoa powder
or cacao

Tablespoons
peanut butter
or almond butter

banana, sliced & frozen
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
sugar
(stevia, agave, honey, or maple syrup can be subbed)
ice cubes (optional)
(add for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
Place all in blender and mix until smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.

HOW TO STORE:
Smoothies are best eaten immediately after blending but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 3 months.
