A hearty crock pot beef stew chock full of beef, potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes. Just set it and forget it! An easy and delicious dinner for the family.
Place beef, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, and frozen peas into a slow cooker.
Sprinkle flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika over the ingredients. Stir.
Pour in tomatoes with liquid and beef broth.
Cover and set your slow cooker on high and let cook for 6 hours or set to low and cook 10-12 hours.
Note: You can also cook this in the oven in a large Dutch oven. Set your oven to 250°F and cook, covered, for 5-6 hours.

STORE/FREEZESTORE: Place leftover stew in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.FREEZE: Place in an airtight freezer-safe container or plastic freezer bag for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the fridge overnight.
