Combine all chopped pineapple, water, and sugar in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth.
Divide equally between 4 glasses filled with ice. Top with a pineapple wedge.
Notes
Options: Canned pineapple can be used for this recipe. Use the juice from the can to replace some of the water. This will have a weaker taste than using fresh or frozen pineapple;If using frozen pineapple, thaw first. You can use some of the liquid from thawing in place of the water.
