Ingredients
- 2 ounces Amaretto
- 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce Blue Curacao
- 1 ounce Vodka
- Optional Garnishes: whipped cream, chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Place ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add all liquors and shake well to chill.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with whipped cream and chopped pistachios and/or gold edible glitter, if desired.

PITCHER MARTINIS
Combine the Amaretto, Baileys Irish Cream, Blue Curacao, and vodka in a large pitcher. When making a large batch, maintain the same proportions as in the single-serving recipe. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake, pour, and garnish.
