vanilla vodka

Rumchata or Irish Cream Liqueur

pumpkin puree

half and half

maple syrup

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice

teaspoon
vanilla extract

graham cracker crumbs

pumpkin pie spice

maple syrup
Garnish: Whipped cream, sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon stick
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all cocktail ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds to chill cocktail.
Prepare the martini glass by dipping in a little maple syrup then into a mixture of graham cracker crumbs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour pumpkin spice martini into prepared glass.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkn pie spice along with a cinnamon stick.

MAKE AHEAD
You can make this martini up to 3 days in advance. Mix the martini ingredients in an airtight container and store it in the fridge.
