HEALTHY TROPICAL CHIA SMOOTHIE

Our Tropical Chia Smoothie is perfect for summer. Packed with healthy, delicious strawberries, banana, pineapple, mango & coconut, it's tropical to the max!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 strawberries, frozen or fresh + 2 for garnish
  • 2 fat slices pineapple
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6 ice cubes, not necessary if banana and strawberries are frozen

Directions

  1. You should have about 2 cups of fruit total.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and frappe until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each with a strawberry.
