Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Make sure the parchment paper comes up the sides and overlaps the edge of the pan. It will make the fudge easier to lift from the pan once set.
Place the candy melts In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, to prevent burning or overcooking them. Once they're smooth, they’re ready.
Remove the lid and every tiny piece of foil from Microwave the strawberry frosting for 1 minute. You can do this right in the can once the lid and all foil has been removed from the packaging.
Pour the melted frosting into the bowl of melted chocolate and stir briskly until fully combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared square pan and spread evenly. Tap the pan on the counter to remove air bubbles before placing it into the fridge.
Chill for 4 hours or until set. Cut into 1-inch pieces for serving.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw it in the fridge overnight.
