Mermaid Water Drink
Mermaid Water is a colorful tropical rum punch that is perfect for summer. Easy to make for poolside parties, backyard BBQs, or casual evenings.

Ingredients

coconut rum
1
oz
peach schnapps
1
oz
blue curacao

oz
lemonade
Crushed ice
Garnishes: lemon slice
peach slice, maraschino cherry
Instructions
Sugar rim (optional)
Rub a wedge of lemon around rim.
Scatter pretty colored sanding sugars on plate and lightly swirl colors.
Dip rim of glass in sugars to coat.
Cocktail
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Pour in rum, schnapps, blue curacao then top with lemonade.
Garnish with slice of lemon, peach and/or a cherry. A pretty drink umbrella is always a nice addition.
Notes
SUBSTITUTIONS
Blue Curacao - any orange-flavored liqueur plus blue food coloring
Coconut Rum - substitute white or spiced rum or in addition to coconut rum
Lemonade - substitute pineapple juice
Sparkling - add sparkling water, champagne, club soda, or lemon-lime soda for a little bubbly
