Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are an easy breakfast for your family. Sweet Hawaiian rolls are stuffed with eggs, cheese, ham, and bacon for the best breakfast sandwich ever!
1-2TablespoonsPoppy seeds or everything bagel seasoningoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Lay bottom of rolls in a 9x13-inch pan.
Cover with cheese slices.
Lay ham slices on top of cheese slices followed by halved slices of cooked bacon.
Scramble eggs mixed with 2 Tablespoons milk in a skillet using 1-2 tablespoons butter or bacon fat. Cook until done.
Scatter them on top of the bacon.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Place the top of the rolls on the shredded cheese.
Melt butter in microwave then mix with maple syrup.
Brush on top of rolls. Here you can either leave rolls as they are or sprinkle with poppy seeds or bagel seasoning.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove then cut and serve.

STORE/FREEZE/REHEATStore leftover breakfast sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.To Freeze: After the sliders have cooled completely, wrap them individually in plastic wrap. Put the wrapped sliders in a freezer-safe container or heavy-duty plastic freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.To Reheat: Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until warmed through. If frozen, add a few minutes. You can microwave them for about 30 seconds, but they may become soggy.
