cream cheese

light brown sugar

vanilla extract

toffee bits

caramel sauce

apples, sliced

lemon juice
(to help prevent apples from browning)
Instructions
Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes or until creamy.
Add brown sugar and vanilla extract and beat until the sugar is no longer grainy, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in toffee bits.
Place the toffee cream cheese in a wide-mouthed serving bowl and swirl the caramel sauce throughout.
Serve with sliced apples that have been sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent browning.
