These Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings are so crispy and flavorful that no one will miss the chicken. They're the perfect crispy, spicy appetizer for game day or as a side dish.
In a large bowl combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Stir the water into the bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.
Add the cauliflower. Stir until well coated with the batter.
Place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
While the cauliflower is cooking make the buffalo sauce.
In a medium bowl, combine all the buffalo sauce ingredients. Mix until combined.
When the cauliflower is done, leave it in the air fryer and brush it with buffalo sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and brush with the remainder of the wing sauce.
Sprinkle with a garnish of parsley.
