Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings with Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients
Buffalo Cauliflower
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup water
- 1 head cauliflower 2 pounds, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Buffalo Sauce
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Stir the water into the bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cauliflower. Stir until well coated with the batter.
- Place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is cooking make the buffalo sauce.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the buffalo sauce ingredients. Mix until combined.
- When the cauliflower is done, leave it in the air fryer and brush it with buffalo sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and brush with the remainder of the wing sauce.
- Sprinkle with a garnish of parsley.
