Air Fryer Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
Irresistible air fryer sweet potato fries: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, without all the deep fat fuss. Great with burgers or as a tasty snack.

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
1 ½

salt

freshly ground pepper

red pepper flakes

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F
Peel the sweet potatoes then slice into uniform sticks approximately ¼ inch wide.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the salt, freshly ground pepper, and red pepper flakes over the fries. Mix well to distribute evenly.
Place the seasoned sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd them so they cook evenly and crisp well.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through. The fries should be golden brown and crispy.
Remove them from the basket and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
TO REHEAT :
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F, add fries to the basket in single layer, then cook 3-4 minutes. If frozen, reheat for 5-6 minutes.
