1lb.steakcut into ½” cubes (ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip or London broil steaks)

2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1 ½teaspoonsbrown sugaroptional
1 ½teaspoonsMontreal Steak Seasoning
3clovesgarlicminced
Garnish - Melted herb butterchopped parsley
Instructions
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Montreal seasoning and garlic.
Toss steak in melted butter mixture and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
When you’re ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with a nonstick cooking spray. Remove the steak from the marinade and lay the steak pieces in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Make sure there is enough room for the air to circulate to cook the steak properly. You may need to work it in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry for 6 minutes for medium doneness, shaking halfway through.
Remove from air fryer basket and place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. You can also toss with melted herb butter or serve as a dipping sauce.

Store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.Freezing: Cool the steak bites to room temperature and place them in a freezer-safe container or plastic freezer bag. Freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.Reheating: You can reheat steak bites n the air fryer at 370°F for 2 minutes, in the microwave for 30 seconds, or in the oven covered with foil at 250°F for 10 minutes.
