CUCUMBER MOJITO
Chill with this easy 5-ingredient cucumber mojito. The perfect cocktail with a subtle, herbal taste of cucumber and the bright flavor of fresh limes.

Ingredients

ounces
fresh lime juice
about 3 fresh limes
2-3
teaspoons
simple syrup
depending on how sweet you like your drinks or how sour the limes are

fresh mint leaves

ounces
cucumber vodka
lime flavored sparkling water
Garnish: lime slices, cucumber slices
Instructions
In a shaker, place lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaves and muddle well.
Add vodka and stir.
Fill 2 glasses with ice and strain mixture evenly between them. Top with lime sparkling water.
Place a slice of lime and cucumber into each glass then garnish the lip of each glass with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
