All the flavor of a from-scratch focaccia bread but with way less effort! Frozen dinner rolls become a delicious Italian bread with just a few steps. Perfect for sandwiches or a side dish.
2teaspoonssea salt(adjust quantity to your liking)
2-3teaspoonsfresh rosemary leaves(adjust quantity to your liking)
Instructions
Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with an olive oil cooking spray.
Lay 20 frozen dinner rolls in pan and cover with a piece of plastic wrap that has been sprayed with a cooking oil spray. The oiled side should face the rolls.
Place in a warm place until the rolls have doubled in size. It usually takes 4-5 hours.
Once risen, remove the plastic wrap and pour oil over the rolls. Punch it down with your knuckles or fingers, making dimples in the dough.
Sprinkle with seas salt and rosemary leaves.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
