Healthy Blackberry Smoothie
This easy Blackberry Smoothie is packed with fruity goodness, protein, chia seeds, and yogurt, for a go-to healthy, energizing breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 6 mint leaves
- 5.3 oz. vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt or your favorite non-dairy yogurt
- ½ cup milk or opt for a non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender. I like to use a single serving cup and load the ingredients in the opposite order specified in the post above.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with mint leaves and blackberries.
Notes
STORE/FREEZE
Store: Smoothies are best right after they are blended. but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir or shake before drinking.
Freeze: in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight. For a typical smoothie texture, blend it again with ice cubes.
