Frequently asked questions

Are chicken burgers really healthy?

These burgers are definitely lower in calories and fat than their beef counterparts. They would be an excellent option when watching your weight. Leave off the roll or roll it in a lettuce leaf for an even healthier dinner.

How do I keep my burgers from falling apart?

I've found that if you preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature, spray with a small amount of nonstick spray, and only turn them once, that they hold together very well.

What can I top my ground chicken burger with?

Aside from the grilled vegetables and guacamole, you could also try salsa and refried beans. Change out the Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese for Jalapeno Jack or a Mexican cojita cheese. Of course, a little lettuce and tomato is always a great option.
