No Churn Coffee Ice Cream
Creamy No-Churn Kahlua Coffee Ice Cream is rich, smooth, and packed with bold coffee flavor. Made without an ice cream maker, this easy frozen dessert is perfect for summer.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 3 Tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 2 ½ Tablespoons Kahlua
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Before beginning, place a large loaf pan in the freezer.
- Place all ingredients into the large bowl of an electric mixer.
- Whisk until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour into the cold loaf pan, smooth top, and cover securely with either plastic wrap or a top.
- Place in freezer for at least 6 hours.
Notes
HOW TO STORE
Store the ice cream in a tightly covered freezer-safe container. Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface before covering to help prevent ice crystals from forming. It will keep for 2-3 weeks.
