These grilled pork burgers are easy to make, juicy, and full of awesome flavor. Topped with tangy coleslaw, they’re perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Combine the ground pork, bacon, panko, eggs, and seasonings in a large bowl.
Gently mix with your hands and from into 6 patties that measure about 4” wide x 1” thick. Make an indentation in the center of each with your thumb to help prevent the burgers from becoming puffed and round balls when grilled.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes then turn and grill for another 4 to 6 more minutes.
In the last minute, add cheese.
Serve the patties on hamburger buns, toasted or plain, topped with coleslaw. Add any extras such as tomato, lettuce, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
