An easy salad, made with leftover or rotisserie chicken and flavored with green onions and rosemary. A light salad perfect for summer.

Ingredients
Chicken Salad

cooked chicken,
chopped (or 1 rotisserie chicken)

mayonaisse
regular or light

plain Greek yogurt

green onions,
sliced thinly

cup
celery,
chopped (optional)

fresh rosemary,
chopped

Instructions
Mix all salad ingredients and stir well.
When ready to serve, place scoops of salad on lettuce leaves or whip up an easy sandwich on hearty bread or a croissant.
