This strawberry lemonade sorbet is a cool, refreshing summer treat. It's easy to make, with just 3 ingredients and a blender! It's like sunshine in a bowl!
Place strawberries in a blender with sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
For a creamier sorbet, once it has frozen, place back into a blender and blend again until smooth.
Pour back into loaf pan and spread evenly. Freeze another hour.
To serve: scoop into a bowl and garnish with a mint leaf.
