Easy Banana Bundt Cake


This Banana Bundt Cake is easy to make, bakes up super moist and has incredible banana flavor. The coconut pecan filling takes it to another level. No one will believe it starts with a boxed mix!

Oats Eggs Banana Sour Cream  Yellow Cake Mix Coconut Pecan Frosting


Step 1 Mix the oats and pecan coconut frosting together. Set aside.

Step 2 Combine sugar, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well.

Step 3 Mix in a boxed yellow cake mix.

Step 4 Place half of the cake batter in prepared pan.

To Assemble

Step 5 Sprinkle with oat-pecan frosting mixture.

Step 6 Repeat with remaining cake batter and oat-pecan frosting.

Step 7 Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool and dive in!
