Everyone loves these soft and chewy Cookies and Cream Cookies! It's like the chocolate chip cookie got a present too - oodles of Oreo cookies and chucks of white chocolate. Believe me, they're so incredibly delicious you might want to just gobble them up in one sitting!
Cookies and Cream Pudding Cookies
This pudding cookie is a chewy, mouth-watering bite chock full of chocolate and Oreo cream. This is a great cookie to make with the kids as they have a great time putting them together and snitching Oreos when you are supposedly not looking. I made this batch with regular Oreos but when I made them with the grandkids I bought the mini Oreos. Not only are they cute but it was a slightly smaller temptation to stuff into their mouth all at once.
These cookies are definitely for the cookie lover, not to mention the chocolate lover. They're packed full of chunks of Oreos and, since I like cookies with chunks rather than chips, they're also stuffed with white chocolate bar pieces. To make these cookies and cream cookies even moister and more vanilla-y (is that even a word?) I added French Vanilla Pudding to the mix. I love adding pudding to cookies, like my Pistachio Meltaways, and if you haven't tried it yet I would definitely recommend it. Any cookie I've tried with pudding has turned out softer and moister from the addition.
Easy Steps to Make Oreo Cookies and Cream Cookies
- Gather ingredients. (photo 1)
- Place sugars and butter in large mixing bowl. (photo 2)
- Cream until smooth and creamy. (photo 3)
- Add vanilla extract and eggs and continue to beat until well combined. (photo 4)
- Mix flour, baking soda and pudding mix together. (photo 5)
- Add to creamed mixture. (photo 6)
- Beat until all ingredients are well incorporated. (photo 7)
- Stir in white chocolate chunks and chopped Oreos (for bigger decadent bites of Oreos). (photo 8)
- I could eat it out of the bowl right now! Chill for 30 minutes. This is optional but the cookies come out plumper and deliciously chewy.(photo 9)
- Drop by tablespoonful onto prepared cookie sheets. (photo 10)
- Bake. Place on wire rack to cool completely.
Make These Treats Your Own
- Change out the regular Oreos for Chocolate Oreos (for the chocolate lover in all of us), Mint Oreos or maybe half chocolate and half vanilla stuffed cookies.
- Change out the pudding flavor. Maybe go for Oreo, Cheesecake or even Caramel flavors.
- Use white chocolate chips in lieu of White Chocolate Bar or opt for mint chips.
- Add sprinkles, why 'cause kids love them! It makes them even more delicious and popular.
Now, if your kids can wait for them to cool, sit them down and let them enjoy them with a big glass of milk. And, by the way, the big kids enjoy them too!

I'm not so good at making cookies - kind of embarrassing as I see so many good ones around. However... your step-by-step images really helped me with this recipe. Thanks for putting together such a great recipe and detailed post.
