The only hard part is waiting for the dough to chill for about 3 hours before being able to bake and eat them. But believe me, they are well worth the wait! I couldn’t wait to take a bite, as you can see, while they were still warm, and then I had to pack them up and send them into work with the hubs just to keep me from eating the entire 3 dozen! (where they got a hands down delicious seal of approval)

  4. Wrap each dough separately and chill for about 3 hours.
To mix:
  1. Take about 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough and roll in ball. It is easier to do a number of the chocolate dough balls together as you will need to wash your hands before doing the plain chocolate chip dough.
  2. Take 1 Tablespoon of chocolate chip cookie dough and form into ball. Make a number of these before going on to next step.
  3. Combine 2 halves together and roll into a ball. Place on cookie sheets about 2" apart. Clean hands as necessary in-between rolling balls.
  4. Bake in oven 11-12 minutes. Remove and let cool on cookie sheets. Store in tightly covered tin for 1-2 weeks.
