Chocolate Cookie Dough Dip
It's #Choctoberfest week and time for everything chocolate. If you're a chocolate fan you're not going to want to miss one day of this deliciousness. Today is my first recipe and it's one bowl of chocolate deliciousness! Do you like marshmallows, chocolate chips and chocolate cheesecake? Well, duh, who doesn't? Then this dessert dip is for you!
Are you one of those people (like yours truly here) who can't resist eating that yummy cookie dough? Then you're wondering whether it's safe to eat with all that raw flour and eggs in it. Well, rest assured, this dip has no raw eggs or flour so dip away! It's also gluten-free so all your friends (and my daughter) can enjoy it too!
I made this version with some delicious Divine Cocoa Powder that I received. This fairtrade cocoa company started by its workers in Ghana makes only the best products. Their chocolate uses only high quality, natural ingredients with 100% pure cocoa butter. They contain no artificial flavors, palm or soy oil and absolutely no GMOs. And wait until you taste it in this cookie dough dip. It's so good I'm always tempted to eat it with a spoon right out of the bowl!
Aren't you ready to lick your screen right about now! (drool)
